Product quality assurance

(1) The warranty period shall be calculated after the equipment is qualified for the first time and passed the acceptance. The whole machine warranty for one year (see the supplier's product warranty card for details), two years of Caplin laser generator warranty. One year warranty for external accessories (water cooler). In case of any quality problem of the whole machine, the demander shall notify the supplier, and the supplier shall provide free maintenance services within the warranty period.

(2) Equipment damage caused by human misoperation and natural disasters and other irresistible factors is not within the scope of free warranty.
